The unit is on the second floor with a garage underneath for parking and storing beach gear. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, and it opens to the living area, which has a comfortable couch and two swivel rockers.

The large screened lanai looks out over the pool with views toward the Gulf, and it's a great spot for morning coffee or dinner outside. There's also a grill for the evenings you want to cook in.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath, and the second bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of storage. A washer and dryer are in the primary closet. The den is set up as a dedicated office, so this works well for longer stays or guests who need to work while on the island.

Sunset South sits right on the beach, just steps from the Gulf. The community also has a heated pool with loungers and a clubhouse. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided.

From here you're close to Sanibel's shelling, bike paths, restaurants and shops.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
