The home comes with its own private dock, complete with dock seating and a fish cleaning station, reached by a short path from the pool deck. Spend the day on the water exploring the back bays or fishing, then pull right up behind the house in the evening. Access to open water passes under bridges with roughly 10 ft of clearance, so please plan your boat size accordingly.

The outdoor space is where this home really stands apart. One large screened deck runs along the back of the house, overlooking the canal and a private heated pool, with a screened dining area and generous lounge seating for long afternoons and dinners outside.

Inside, the open living room is styled with luxury furnishings and flows into a gourmet kitchen with island seating and a large dining table for the whole group. A private office gives you a quiet place to work, and the laundry room includes a second refrigerator for drinks and extra groceries.

The primary suite is a private retreat with a king bed, direct access to the deck overlooking the canal and an ensuite with a double vanity. Two additional king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath, one of which also opens onto the deck, and the bunk room has its own bathroom and TV, so younger guests have a space of their own. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
