There are 2 large master bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms and a guest bedroom with bunk beds and a queen bed.  A third full bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom.  All bedrooms complete with large flat screen TVs and cable.  There is Sonos whole house audio inside and outside by the pool and outdoor dining area.  The office can be closed off with a triple sliding pocket door and has an electric fireplace that also will heat the space if desired.


Brand new doors and windows throughout.  There are also motorized blinds and interior plantation shutters throughout, for exceptional privacy.  The house overlooks a private lagoon and the back deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee and wildlife viewing.


The private pool and spa will make you feel like you have your own private resort.  Star gazing at night from the hot tub cannot be beat!


Other amenities include A/C, beach chairs, beach carts, umbrellas and beach toys.  A simple phone call to one of the local rental shops also provides access to bikes, kayaks and paddle boards.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
